Main responsibilities:
- Managing the daily activities and priorities of the call center in České Budějovice- Planning and managing production- Daily and weekly report updates to management (Norway)- Strategically analyze reports and workflow processes to achieve business goals.- Budget control- Close communications with Sales manager – meeting and dealing with potential clients- Preparation, realization and evaluation of pilot projects- Database control- Planning and developing staff recruitment- Coaching, motivating and retaining staff (Team Leaders, Project Leaders)- Dealing with suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a need!- Exellent communication skills- Customer orientation - Highly organized and detail oriented with a very strong focus on process, leadership and continuous improvement- Flexibility, Loyalty- Ability to work under stress
