- management skills
- very good knowledge of English (write and speak)
- MS Office, Internet Aplication
- SAP business software skills is an advantage

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (purchase, logistic, office)
For our client, an international company, we are searching for a self-motivated Office Administrator (purchase, logistic, office).
You will be responsible for:
Incoming orders
o Checking of the orders
o Filling checked orders into SAP and production lists with wanted delivery date
o Checking orders in Production list
o Corfirmation of orders
o Check of the delivery time / information of the customers if any problem with delivery occurs
o Filling of the documents
Receivings of Goods
o Control of the delivery note with the order
o Stemp the delivery note and to write in the SAP numer
Sourcing of Goods
o Office and clearing material
o Follow up – of material orders
Transportation
o Information to the parent company that transportation is ready to pick up
o Organization of the transportation
o Delivery note in SAP
o Organization of the transportation of sourcing goods if required
