Regional Fields Operations Manager for Moravia

Job purpose • to increase sales, margins and frequency for customer portfolios throughout the district Moravia Job Description • implement and follow the customer strategy of the company • involved in the customer portfolio selection in close contact with the store manager and the sales managers • be responsible for reaching quantitative (KPI´s) and qualitative objectives of district • analyze the customer files to detect priorities, analyze results regarding turnover, profits, losses, margin, frequency, average buying • collect the customer demands, expactations and needs and propose solutions • manage, motivate, train, follow and control the Field Operations Managers • work in close contact with Store Managers, Floor Managers, Department Managers • facilitate commucations between the field force and the store staff • cover a district – undertake many bussiness trips • report to the Head of Field Operation

• perfect knowledge of the market and customers

• perfect knowledge regarding the selling, coaching and negotiations techniques

• communication skills, open minded, flexibility, assertiveness, analytical skills

• strong capabilities to lead and motivate people

• 4 to 5 years after the high school education

• at least 3 years of experience

• english language at active commucative level

• driver´s license B
