Senior process manager - ITIL

Process Manager will be responsible for implementation of some processes reporting to top management of ICT (not really standard ITIL, but companies groupwide implementation in an international group) - responsible for two countries

Requirements:
- experience with process management and process analyses
- knowledge of ITIL!!! is a must
- University degree is (ICT or banking area advantage)
- good technological background
- fluent English and Czech necessary

Nabízíme

- process implementation, description and management,
- planning, budgeting and reporting for process changes and improvements,
- communication about processes (including feedback to business architect, application managers and process co-ordinators)
- to organize contacts with business analysts, application managers, team leaders and knowledge co-ordinators, in order to ensure that everybody is working with the right priorities
- to distribute process knowledge in the organization
- to give support for the correct application of the process
- to guard the general overview and quality of the process
- to perform standard process analysis
